b. Deodorization principle: the odor gas at 350 ℃ - 450 ℃ is oxidized and deodorized when passing through platinum catalyst. (similar to the principle of automobile exhaust emission reduction device), the exhaust gas meets the emission standard of odor pollutants 《GB 14554-93》
c. Noise reduction technology: low noise mixer, external box anti noise and anti shock materials are used to meet the requirements of "emission standard for industrial enterprises noise at boundary" 《12348-2008》;
The equipment adopts fermentation, ripening and drying methods to treat kitchen waste. The water in the fermentation process is vaporized and deodorized by platinum catalyst, and the gas is discharged up to standard. When the water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe, part of it will condense due to the temperature difference, which can be discharged to the sewage pipe according to the standard, without secondary environmental pollution. The whole process achieved 90% harmless treatment and utilization, and the wastewater met the requirements CJ343-2010 《water quality standard for sewage discharged into urban sewers》 (Grade B) to septic tank or buffer tank.
